Beltane Women's Circle with Sam

​A sacred gathering to honour the energies of Beltane as we connect with the wisdom of the seasons and embrace the power of sisterhood in circle space.  

Join us to celebrate Beltane, a festival of fire, passion, and the sacred union of energies. This sabbat marks the height of spring and the promise of summer, inviting us to connect with joy, vitality, and the abundance of life.

Beltane is a celebration of fertility, creativity, and the union of the divine masculine and feminine energies within and around us. It’s a time to honour love, sensuality, and the blossoming of your inner fire.

We can connect in with the energy of the Goddess Blodeuwedd, learn her story, of empowerment and self-respect.

Menopause Yoga Meet with Sarah

This session will offer restorative, relaxing yoga, gentle flowing movement, focus on the breath, meditation and guided visualisations. This gentle blend can form part of a strategy of self-care and support for you through this transition from perimenopause to post menopause:​

  • Helps manage physical, mental, and emotional symptoms that many experience during this transition.

  • Helps to relax the nervous system.

  • Provides ways to nurture and comfort during  natural physiological changes.

  • Support is given specifically to those experiencing osteopenia / osteoporosis.

  • Group size is deliberately kept small to encourage personal exploration as well as a collective group experience to support and nourish.​​

  • ​No previous yoga experience required. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Saturday 17 & Sunday 18 May

Women's Wellbeing Weekend Spring Retreat with Pippa

Held at nearby retreat centre, The Granary, this weekend retreat offers the flexibility of booking  just 10:00-16:00 each day, or the option to stay over on Saturday night in the charming BnB, which also includes Saturday evening activity, dinner, bed and breakfast.

During this retreat, we will participate in gorgeous wellbeing practices to relax, restore and revitalise; connect back in with ourselves and spend time with each other (when women spend time together in this kind of way, it really becomes special).

Activities include gentle yoga, guided meditations, energy healing, nature meditation and walks - and more - plus all-important time and space to rest, and just be,   Everything is designed to benefit our over all wellbeing; mind, body and soul, so that you will leave feeling more peaceful, positive and empowered.

Includes nutritious and tasty plant-based lunches and refreshments  (plus Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast for those staying over).

Rest, revitalise and restore at our retreat in a peaceful countryside farm setting and beautiful yoga studio.

Preparing to Breastfeed with Milk Mentors

This 5-hour antenatal course runs over two Sunday mornings. It's a friendly, relaxed, and informal environment to encourage dialogue and discussion around feeding your baby.  Topics covered include:​

  • The benefits of breastfeeding

  • What to expect of the fourth trimester

  • The basics of how to breastfeed

  • How to know if it's working and what to do if you hit an obstacle

  • Common concerns and what to know

  • How partners/dads can help with breastfeeding​

You'll leave with the opportunity to join a group WhatsApp with your Milk Mentors instructors and other expectant parents who can end up being your early day support network when you need them. You'll also receive printed resources that includes a list of local support if you need to access it once baby arrives.

"The Fluid Body" Somatic Yoga Workshop with Laura

Laura Marchetti is an experienced Scaravelli-inspired Yoga Teacher of over 20- years, and a  "Mind-Body Centering" Somatics practitioner.  She is offering this 3-hour workshop focussing on the fluidity of the body and organs, with emphasis on gut brain, heart brain and head brain.  More details coming soon.

Celebrate Mabon, the Autumn Equinox, a time of perfect balance between light and dark, as we honour the second harvest and the turning of the year toward introspection. This sacred gathering invites you to reflect on gratitude, abundance, and balance in your life.

What to Expect:
  • Ritual: A sacred ceremony to honour the balance of the seasons and the gifts of the harvest.

  • Meditation: A journey to reflect on gratitude and prepare for the introspective season ahead.

  • Sound Bath: Be immersed in the healing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, flute, drum, harp and chimes.

  • Sharing & Reflection: A safe circle space at the end for sharing to deepen your experience over a cup of tea.
