Sound Bath &Meditation

Sound Bath & Meditation  with Pippa
Sunday 9 November, 17:00 - 19:00

An energy-alignment meditation session, incorporating  sound bath to release stress, calm the mind, and restore your natural flow of energy.​

Through meditation techniques such as gentle breathing, positive intention and guided relaxation, you’ll reconnect with yourself, and prepare the body for rest.

​

Then allow the healing vibrations of Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other instruments wash over you, tension melts away as you and relax.   Sometimes emotions rise to the surface, other times you move through a dream-like state, sometimes you'll experience a feeling of bliss and mindful presence. A period of sacred silence will then allow for grounding and integration, leaving you feeling grounded, peaceful, balanced and renewed.​

 

Ending with herbal tea and treats to soothe and refresh​.   Perfect for anyone in need of a bit of calm to find inner harmony and also feel energised for the week and season ahead.

In this Body-Mind Centering® and Scaravelli-inspired yoga workshop, we’ll explore how tuning into each organ and their interrelationship can:

  • Increase nervous system capacity and improve regulation

  • Repattern stress and trauma responses

  • Deepen embodied awareness and relational attunement

Through breath, movement, touch and visualisation, you will gain access to your inner sources of support: gut instincts, heart strength and cognitive clarity.   You will learn new ways of restoring balance, building resilience and embodying your full intelligence.

Designed to help you slow down, connect with yourself, and meet new people in a calm, intentional space. We’ll start with a guided meditation and manifestation session led by Dr. Lisa Thornhill in the beautiful Space Within Wellness Studio. Afterwards, stay for a relaxed mingle over herbal teas and homemade cupcakes.

It’s not about pressure or icebreakers, it’s about enjoying a mindful evening, meeting intentional people, and seeing where conversations naturally flow.

Reiki Level 1 - Beginner's Course, with Pippa
Sunday 30 November, 10:00 - 17:00

This introductory one-day course will enable you to take the first steps around working with Reiki in your life.

 

You’ll learn the history and principles of Reiki, your own lineage to the very first practitioner, and receive your Level 1 ritual/attunement to connect you with the flow of Reiki; this gentle yet powerful tool helps you reduce stress, restore balance, and deepen your sense of connection—equipping you with tools to support your own well-being and bring calm into daily life. 

 

There'll be the opportunity to practice hands-on techniques for self-healing and sharing Reiki with others.   As Pippa is also a Spiritual Life Coach and Quantum Flow practitioner, she will be able to guide you in several additional techniques for using universal energy for self-care and personal growth.   Level 1 also allows you to use Reiki for family, friends and even pets.

No previous experience required - just the desire to learn about Reiki -  although ideally you will have received at least two or three Reiki treatments yourself, before the course.   So if you feel the pull, and would like an intimate, in-person experience for your first Reiki attunement,..

Preparing to Breastfeed with Milk Mentors

This 5-hour antenatal course runs over two Sunday mornings. It's a friendly, relaxed, and informal environment to encourage dialogue and discussion around feeding your baby.  Topics covered include:​

  • The benefits of breastfeeding

  • What to expect of the fourth trimester

  • The basics of how to breastfeed

  • How to know if it's working and what to do if you hit an obstacle

  • Common concerns and what to know

  • How partners/dads can help with breastfeeding​

You'll leave with the opportunity to join a group WhatsApp with your Milk Mentors instructors and other expectant parents who can end up being your early day support network when you need them. You'll also receive printed resources that includes a list of local support if you need to access it once baby arrives.
