Valentine’s Day is filled with unrealistic expectations, commercialized nonsense, and overpriced restaurants! but what if you could spend the evening immersed in self-love, serenity, and connection?
And don't worry, this isn't a sharing circle, you won't be 'expected' to speak aloud, just turn up, tune into yourself and relax Join me for a special Self-Love Sound Circle, open to all genders.
This two-hour journey will guide you inward, allowing you to reconnect with yourself through:
Cacao Ceremony – Open your heart and set loving intentions to yourself with the sacred healing plant medicine of cacao.
Breathwork – Release anxiety, tension and ground yourself with deep, mindful breathing practices, learning useful techniques to take home.
Sound Bath – Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, flutes and drums designed to soothe your spirit and uplift your soul, consolidate your practice and shift your mind into a deep theta state.

"The Deep Front Line" Somatics Workshop with Laura
The Deep Front Line is a continuous line of muscles and fascia that forms a fluid but strong core supporting the body from the inside. It creates a strong sense of stability and connection to our midline, i.e. the vertical centre of our body. In my experience, the “centering” or lack of dissipation of thoughts, feelings and energy that we often look for in Yoga is deeply connected to this fascial line. The fascial network as a whole is an extremely sensitive organ, containing about 250 million sensory nerve endings. But this particular chain includes body structures that are believed to be involved in emotional reactions and storing stress and trauma, and are therefore instrumental in expressing/releasing that energy, as well as supporting emotional resilience.

This 5-hour antenatal course runs over two Sunday mornings. It's a friendly, relaxed, and informal environment to encourage dialogue and discussion around feeding your baby. Topics covered include:

You'll leave with the opportunity to join a group WhatsApp with your Milk Mentors instructors and other expectant parents who can end up being your early day support network when you need them. You'll also receive printed resources that includes a list of local support if you need to access it once baby arrives.
