Energy Flow
Tuesdays, 12:30 - 13:30
We work with positive intention in this class, balance and boost your energy flow during this physical, mental and spiritual class, which incorporates wonderful aspects of yoga, breath work, qi gong, mindset and other wonderful energy-balancing practices.
We manifest and embody positivity through affirmations in this practise, to release what feels "stuck", that is no longer needed or wanted, to transform how we feel, and to bring a sense of calm, confidence, connection and clarity.

Suitable for beginners as well as those with previous experience - all welcome.  It's a great class for those interested in self-development and tapping into their spiritual side and energy field, whilst also working with the body, brain and nervous system to bring about biological and mindful, positive changes in your self-care.

Oracle / affirmation cards are often used to help us focus on our intentions.
Bring a journal or notepad to jot down any insights that come up!
