Pilates

with Tarnjit

Dr Tarnjit Sehmbi is a Level 3 qualified Mat Pilates Instructor and psychologist, bringing together movement and mind to create a Pilates class that supports both physical and mental wellbeing.   Her classes combine classical Pilates principles with mindful movement, breathing and moments of reflection and gratitude. You'll work on strength, mobility, posture and body awareness, while also having the opportunity to slow down, reconnect and take some time for yourself.

Tarnjit's approach is warm, supportive and inclusive, with options offered for different abilities and experience levels. Whether you're completely new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, you're encouraged to move at your own pace and focus on what feels right for your body.

Deeply nurturing, we begin with a guided meditation to ground you.  As you settle into stillness, you are enveloped in a Reiki-infused sound bath.  Feel the vibrations and atmospheric resonance of gongs, bowls, wind chimes, and percussion. These sounds create an immersive landscape that invites you into a restorative, dreamlike flow as you rest. An intentional blend of energy and sound that works on a cellular level, balancing mind, body, and soul.

Following a period of sacred silence to reflect and integrate, we close with herbal tea and a sweet treat.

A nurturing gathering for energy healing, meditation and mindful connection. We begin with a grounding tea and a moment to set personal intentions, allowing you to arrive fully and soften into the space. Together we move into a guided meditation to settle the mind and open the heart, followed by a shared Reiki and other energy balancing practices where each person both gives and receives healing energy within the supportive circle.  No experience needed.

Breathwork

with Liane

Conscious Connected Breathwork is rhythmic, and deeper than our usual day-to-day breathing, using a specific technique, to music, in a dimly lit room. It isn’t difficult and anyone can do it. We breathe in this way to switch off our conscious mind and automatically tap in to our subconscious. Consequently, many people tend to have extremely deep and profound experiences.  You remain in control of yourself at all times; you set your own pace.

Yin & Sound

with Vanessa

This quiet, mindful and slow yin practice, suitable for all, allows you time and space to connect to yourself and relieves tension and stress.. Simple postures are held for 3-5 minutes, this allows the connective tissue and fascia around the joints to lengthen, creating space which increases mobility.  Sound meditation will guide you into a meditative state that allows the whole body and mind to relax, this is where cellular healing can occur. Sound meditation brings you  total relaxation.

Holosomatic Breathwork

with René

Our bodies hold emotions, experiences and patterns that we haven’t had the space or safety to fully process. Through intentional holosomatic breathwork, we gently reconnect with what’s been held beneath the surface, bringing awareness to unconscious patterns and supporting the nervous system towards greater regulation, ease and balance. This is a space to soften, release, and return to yourself, while strengthening emotional awareness, resilience and your ability to respond more effectively to life’s challenges.

Seasonal Elemental Circles

with Sam

Seasonal, sacred women's circles, held every 6 weeks. Women have gathered together in sacred circles for millennia.  Marking the seasonal shifts as we spiral through the wheel of the year is one way to forge a deeper connection to these liminal times. It also serves as a way to rest from the stresses of life and to feel supported by other women. These circles include ritual, meditation, sound bath, sharing and reflection over a cup of tea.
