Breathe with Ivona *
Alternate Mondays, 19:00 - 20:00
These weekly breathwork classes help to release every day emotions. Have you had enough of life’s stress, anxiety, frustration and confusion? Want to feel more calm, peaceful, happy, and energised? SOMA BREATH combines 3 aspects: visualisation, meditation, and rhythmical breathing.
Visualisation to help you with manifestation, meditation to help you be more present and calmer and rhythmical breathing to the music created just for breathwork purposes to help you to get deeper into your subconscious mind and work on your "old beliefs" what don't serve you anymore.

After the session: your mood will change, reduction of negative emotions (like tension), your body will be better oxygenated, you will feel better, happier and joyful.

Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga with Pippa *
Tuesdays 11:00 - 12:30
For mums and babies from 6 weeks - crawling. (If you had a caesarean birth, you may wish to wait closer to 12 weeks).
A specialised class taking into consideration the postnatal body, mind and soul. Helping you to safely return to exercise, promoting post-birth healing, pelvic floor and core health, whilst bringing awareness back to the body and breath.
An important part of the class is a support chat over a cup of tea, plus breathing and relaxation techniques for maternal mental health, stress relief, releasing tension in the body. Babies can sleep, feed, join in or just be cuddled, whatever their needs are; we also incorporate soothing yoga movement, massage and holds for them.

Pregnancy Yoga & Active Birth with Pippa *
Tuesdays, 19:00 - 20:30 / Saturdays, 09:30 - 11:00
This specialist class focuses on feeling more comfortable and calm during your pregnancy; reducing stress and easing aches and pains.
You'll experience a gentle yet deeply restful and grounding practise, bond with your baby, and learn birth techniques (such as movements and breathing).
Active Birth is about taking an active role in birthing your baby (however that happens). You will practise being in tune with your body, understanding the birth process, and making informed choices that feel right for you. The goal is to approach labour feeling relaxed, positive, supported and empowered.
There's also the opportunity to meet other mums-to-be and chat over a cup of herbal tea. This also gives you time to ask questions and talk through any symptoms or worries you may have, Class WhatsApp group included.
For 2nd and 3rd trimesters, and suitable for all levels of fitness, flexibility and yoga experience, including complete beginners.

Vinyasa Flow with Rebecca *
Thursdays, 18:30 - 19:30
A vinyasa flow class where we combine movement with the breath and gentle music playing in the background. Vinyasa flow can help to promote physical strength, mental clarity and emotional balance.
The class will start slow with breathing techniques, allowing time to let go of your day. We will then flow through mindful movement using both standing and seated poses, creating energy and warmth. We finish with a relaxation, finding some stillness and peace before ending the practice.
All levels are welcome. Embrace the benefits of yoga and enjoy quality time dedicated to your own wellness and rejuvenation.

Women's Nurture Yoga with Pippa*
Wednesdays, 19:15 - 20:45
Gentle, restorative and nurturing class for women, providing a safe and supportive space suitable for all life stages, ages, shapes, sizes and yoga experience.
Designed to help you feel lighter yet more grounded, calmer and more positive.
Relax and release tension from the body, regulate the nervous system, reduce over-thinking from the mind, whilst soothing your soul. A beautiful blend of:

Yin Yang Yoga: Energise & Unwind with Tracy*
Wednesdays, 17:15 - 18:00, starting 23 April 2025
​Awaken your body through the yang of mindful vinyasa flow in the first half of class, building warmth, strength, and energy with purposeful movement and breath.
Then melt into the stillness of yin, relaxing into postures to release deep tension, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system.
This balanced practice will leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.
Suitable for all levels.

Conscious Cuddle Therapy with Samii
12:30 - 14:30 on the following Sundays in 2025:

Join us for a warm, safe and snuggly gathering at The Space Within where we'll spread love and positivity through the power of cuddles and human connection.

After some exercises that help us get to know each other and about touch, consent and boundaries we'll get snuggled up in a melty puddle of holding each other and being held simultaneously, it really is a beautiful and nourishing experience!

Menopause Yoga Meet with Sarah
15:00 - 16:30 on the following Sundays in 2025: 23 Mar / 4 May / 14 Sept / 19 Oct / 7 Dec
These monthly sessions offer restorative, relaxing yoga, gentle flowing movement, focus on the breath, meditation and guided visualisations. This gentle blend can form part of a strategy of self-care and support for you through this transition from perimenopause to post menopause:

Helps manage physical, mental, and emotional symptoms that many experience during this transition.

Helps to relax the nervous system.

Provides ways to nurture and comfort during natural physiological changes.

Support is given specifically to those experiencing osteopenia / osteoporosis.

Group size is deliberately kept small to encourage personal exploration as well as a collective group experience to support and nourish.​​

Reiki Yoga with Pippa*
Friday evenings / Saturdays from April, 19:00 - 21:00
A Restorative Yoga class infused with Reiki creating a space for deep relaxation and renewal, this session is ideal for those feeling tired, overwhelmed, stressed, or in need of emotional and physical balance.
This is a beautiful blend of:

SELF-Awakening Kundalini Activation with Ivona

Shamanic Energy Life Force (SELF) - Awakening is a transmission of kundalini energy what helps you to tap into your own body’s natural energy what can be blocked by day-to-day challenges and unlock what has to be unlocked in order to remember who you are.
It is a path of surrender, contrasting with a will-driven approach and it offers the potential for healing, deeper connection with yourself and those around you.

Yindulgence with Sarah
19:30 - 21:30 on the following Fridays in 2025:

Come and join Sarah for this monthly ‘Yindulgence' event where we practice amongst the soft glow of fairy lights and candles, immersed in the scent of incense burning and fragrant essential oils.
We softly move through a small, carefully selected collection of nourishing yin poses including calming breathwork, before finishing with a luxurious yoga nidra practice, helping you to wind down after your working week and find a moment of calm, before floating out feeling revitalised and rebalanced. Suitable for all levels.

Yin & Sound with Vanessa
18:30 - 20:30 on fourth Friday per month
Yin yoga is a quiet and slow practice that is suitable for all. Simple postures are held for 3-5 minutes, this allows the connective tissue and fascia around the joints to lengthen, creating space which increases mobility.
This mindful practice is mostly focused on the lower body and allows you time and space to connect to yourself and relieves tension and stress.
​
Sound meditation will guide you into a meditative state that allows the whole body and mind to relax, this is where cellular healing can occur. Sound meditation brings you back to your breath and back to your body and into total relaxation.
​
Please Note – The sound meditation is not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, metal implants, epilepsy or during pregnancy.
