The studio has a variety of regular classes, with more being added all the time. 
Most are eligible for the class pass system, and included in memberships.

(Please note, all classes are valid for a 6-class and 12-class pass, unless otherwise indicated.)
Mum & Baby - Postnatal Yoga with Pippa
Mondays 10:30 - 12:00 
For mums and babies from 6 weeks - crawling.  (If you had a caesarean birth, you may wish to wait longer than 6 weeks).  A specialised class taking into consideration the postnatal body, mind and soul.   The yoga will help you to safely return to exercise, promoting post-birth healing and pelvic floor and core health, whilst bringing awareness sback to the body and breath.   An important part of the class is a supportive chat over a cup of tea, plus breathing and relaxation techniques for maternal mental health, stress relief and releasing tension in the body.  Babies can sleep, feed, join in or just be cuddled, whatever their needs are.  We also incorporate soothing yoga movement, massage and holds for them.

Kundalini Flow with Helen
Mondays 19:30 - 20:30  (Starting Monday 20 May 2024)
This special Kundalini class is a fusion of traditional postures from Hatha yoga and from Kundalini yoga.    (NB, this class is not suitable for pregnancy)

We begin the class with grounding and centring both body and mind and setting a powerful and personal intention for our practice ahead. We then begin with gentle warm up movements to mobilise the body before moving into to a series of flowing and fluid movements from posture to posture, using the powerful transformational quality of the breath and so bringing us into presence. We then use traditional Kundalini breath and movement practices to help shift any stuck energy and tension in the body, and end with a beautiful relaxation or meditation.

This transformational class is designed to help you leave the day behind and to come back to your true, authentic self.  It will stretch and invigorate the whole body, helping you reset and regulate your nervous system, and restore your sense of equilibrium, allowing you to feel calm, balanced and restored.

Mums & Movers Yoga with Pippa
Tuesdays 9:45-10:45
For mums with tots! - older babies that are on the move, up to 2 years.   NB: this is not "baby/toddler yoga", but a specialist class for mothers, beyond the early postnatal weeks and months, building on strength, flexibility and tone safely, whilst easing aches and pains, and focus on self-care for you, which can often get overlooked when we have small people to look after!  

Included is an optional cup of tea and debrief of your week in a non-judgemental space,  before yoga starts at 9.45am - plus relaxation and finding space to breathe, for nervous system regulation.
Little ones can join in, play, snack, feed or have cuddles, depending on their needs during the class.  Numbers will be limited.

Energy Flow with Pippa
Tuesdays, 12:30 - 13:30
Wednesdays, 19:00 - 20:00
This is a physical, mental and spiritual class, with a unique blend of energy boosting and balancing practices, incorporating wonderful aspects of yoga, breathwork, qi gong, chakras, affirmations and intention.

We manifest and embody positivity by releasing what feels "stuck" to transform how we feel, and to bring a sense of calm, confidence, connection and clarity.    It's a great class for those interested in self-development and tapping into their spiritual side and energy field, whilst also working with the body, brain and nervous system to bring about biological and mindful, positive changes.

Pregnancy Yoga and Active Birth with Pippa
Tuesdays, 19:00 - 20:30
Saturdays, 09:30 - 11:00
For second and third trimesters, and suitable for all levels of fitness, flexibility and yoga experience, including complete beginners. 

This class is  specialised, focussing on feeling more comfortable, positive and empowered during pregnancy, to then feel prepared physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually  birth. 

You'll experience a gentle yet deeply restful and grounding practise, bond with your baby, and learn birth techniques.  There's also the opportunity to meet other mums-to-be in the area and chat over a soothing cup of herbal tea., whilst receiving information useful for birth and postnatal planning, and exploring ideas, and Q&A with Pippa.  Class WhatsApp group included.

Morning Stretch & Flow with Helen
Wednesdays, 10:00 - 11:00 

Join this energising morning yoga class, combining static stretches and poses with vinyasa flow and breathwork to awaken the body, and help release any stress and tension.

 

Ending with a guided Meditation to help you feel grounded, vibrant and fresh for whatever the day might bring.

Qigong with Sam 
Wednesdays, 17:30 - 18:30 

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that focuses on cultivating and balancing the body's vital energy.

​

If you'd like to start (or continue) a true mind, body and soul practice,  where you strengthen not only your body, breath, and mind, but improve balance, strength and co-ordination along with a moving meditation practice, then this class is for you!

 

 The classes will provide a relaxed and friendly environment, allowing you to learn and practice at your own pace.  All levels, abilities and ages welcome, Qigong is a standing practice, but the flows can be performed seated. 

​

(Class pass can be used for your first Qigong session, thereafter, book directly with Sam, either single class or monthly block).    BOOK HERE

Restorative-Yin Yoga with Gabby
Thursdays 11:00 - 12:00   (starting 27 June 2024)

Restorative Yin Yoga sessions are designed to melt away tension and stiffness from injury-prone areas.

 

Delve into long-held passive floor-based poses that gently coax the body into deep release while freeing the mind to wander, alleviating stress and anxiety. Conclude each session with soothing breath work and meditation, leaving you feeling profoundly relaxed and blissfully anxiety-free.

Gentle Yoga - Rest & Restore with Pippa
Thursdays 19:15 - 20:45
A wonderful blend of gentle and nurturing yoga asana (postures, movements and stretches), restorative yoga poses, breathing exercises (pranayama) and deep, guided relaxation (yoga nidra), this is the ultimate relaxing class. 

Beautiful, soothing music, candles and essential oils also feature in the calm studio providing an optimal environment and atmosphere to soothe your mind, body and soul for  optimal relaxation.

A wonderful opportunity to unwind and undo, to rest and release tension from body and mind, whilst soothing your soul.  (All women welcome).

Meditation & Mindfulness with Pippa

A group for beginners and those who would like the opportunity to experience meditation, mindfulness and relaxation.

We'll practise a variety, including guided and focussed meditations, mindfulness, breathing techniques and relaxation tools, to help us get out of our head and grounded into the body and present moment.
 

We'll explore different ways that meditation can help us, too e.g.:
-relieve stress and anxiety
-improve sleep

-feel m ore grounded and less "in our head"
-increase feelings of calm, clarity and positivity
-and more.

Baby Massage with Pippa

Come and learn the beautiful art of developmental baby massage in this relaxing and supportive class for parents with babies, from 5 weeks - crawling. 

​

-origins of baby massage, babies skin and which oils to use
-promote flexibility, strength and balance

-improve  circulation, digestion and comfort
-calming techniques and holds
-help your baby gain confidence
-increase bond with oxytocin and endorphin release ("love" +"feel good" hormones)
-supportive, calm and non-stimulating environment
-relaxation and fun for parents as well as baby
