Want to start yoga in 2025? And don’t know where to start? Join Issy for an empowering and exciting 4 week workshop, designed especially for a gentle introduction to yoga for beginners. Start your yoga journey in a calm, relaxed and supportive environment. Every week we build on from the previous session allowing you to gradually develop your practice with ease. Focusing on asanas, breathwork, sun salutations and guided meditation.

Pregnancy & Postnatal Support & Social Social Drop-in
Dates and times TBC - this session is evolving!
Our free pregnancy & postnatal support & social drop-ins are perfect for new mums/parents (or those expanding their family with another little one) - with bumps and "babes in arms" welcome (newborn up to crawling) .
This is a warm, welcoming, non-judgemental space where you can relax, socialise, make new friends, get out of the house, and share your experiences—or just chill with a cuppa. We have comfortable beanbags, birth balls and cushions to relax on, and plenty of blankets and toys for your baby to also be cosy too,
Hosted by the Mother's Hub practitioners and associates, you'll have a friendly and supportive welcome. We have experience supporting new parents (or those becoming parents again!), in capacities such as doulas, antenatal teachers, breastfeeding support workers, and of course being mums ourselves.
These casual and comfortable sessions are held regularly, and there’s no need to pre-book, and no pressure to arrive on time or stay for the entire session.

A replenishing Full Moon Sound Bath Ceremony, as we move through the Full Moon in Cancer, exploring the energies of personal relationships, home life, emotions and nurture. Here we can sit in ceremony and set intentions for the month ahead whilst releasing anything that no longer serves us.
The ceremony will include:

WHERE FOCUS GOES, ENERGY FLOWS!
I am bringing my online course to in-person! This transformative experience is part workshop, part retreat and is designed to boost and balance your energy through a unique combination of practices in a supportive environment .
We explore the importance and impact of how and where we use (and abuse) our energy, what can affect us in our daily lives, and what we can do to feel more centred, positive and energised in different areas of our life.
The session incorporates a blend of mind, body and soul practises, such as guided discussion, journaling, meditation, breathwork, movement, and affirmations which will help to release stress and anything that holds us back. We work with the conscious and subconscious mind, nervous system and on a vibrational, cellular level, bringing clarity, calm, and positivity into your life.

Postnatal Mums & Movers Yoga with Pippa
Tuesdays 9:30-10:30 - returning after Feb half term
For mums with tots! - older babies that are on the move, crawling up to 2 years. NB: this is not "baby/toddler yoga", but a specialist class for mothers, beyond the early postnatal weeks and months, building on strength, flexibility and tone safely, whilst easing aches and pains, and focus on self-care for you, which can often get overlooked when we have small people to look after!
Included is an optional cup of tea and debrief of your week in a non-judgemental space, before yoga starts - plus relaxation and finding space to breathe, for nervous system regulation.
Little ones can join in, play, snack, feed or have cuddles, depending on their needs during the class. Numbers will be limited.

Women's Wellbeing Circle with Pippa *

This special women's circle welcomes you, with the intention to connect, support, share and grow. Perfect when we want to make positive changes, try something new or return to a supportive space where we can connect to ourselves as well as each other.
There'll be guided discussion, journaling, meditation, energy work and more to get us thinking, feeling, growing and sharing. When we do this with others, we all benefit. When we learn, ask questions and share insights, positive things happen that impacts our life. Experience group life coaching and rest the body deeply.
Beautiful, simple yet effective tools to help regulate our nervous system, feel connected and grounded.
This is not advice, therapy, yoga, or a general chat over tea (although there will be tea!) This is a fantastic, accessible opportunity for transformative self-care, personal growth, healing, enquiry, support and inspiration. When women join together with intention, beautiful things happen.

Qigong with Sam
17:30 - 18:30 on last Wednesday per month
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that focuses on cultivating and balancing the body's vital energy.
If you'd like to start (or continue) a true mind, body and soul practice, where you strengthen not only your body, breath, and mind, but improve balance, strength and co-ordination along with a moving meditation practice, then this class is for you!
The classes will provide a relaxed and friendly environment, allowing you to learn and practice at your own pace. All levels, abilities and ages welcome, Qigong is a standing practice, but the flows can be performed seated.

Stress to Serenity with Pippa
Friday 14 March, 19:00 - 21:00
The perfect end to the week! A deeply relaxing, mindful session, designed to get us out of our head and into our body. helping us to release stress, tension and anxiety, connect to a sense of inner calm and clarity; a place of stillness and relaxation, to enable us to connect deeply with ourselves on a physical, mental, cellular and spiritual level. By the end, we will feel positive, energised, and lighter, also more grounded and centred.
What to expect from a typical session (activities may vary and all are optional):
- simple and gentle yoga postures, stretches or movements to release tension
- breathing techniques for stress release and relief
- sitting and lying down with comfortable props; cushions, blankets, eye pillows
- gentle massage / self-massage
- soothing sounds, and ambient light, gently guiding you inwards
- body scan to relax the body
- guided visualisations, affirmations and meditation
- aromas (essential oils) and candlelight
- Yoga Nidra (deep, intentional relaxation, "yogic sleep")
- chocolate meditation (followed by herbal tea)
Please note, any mobility or medical issues, pregnancy, asthma or allergies taken into account, for example we can use alternative movements, breathing, different props, and limit essential oil use, depending on any individual circumstances, so that everyone's comfort is taken into account. (Majority of candlelight is battery operated tealights).
